Environmental Testing Laboratory Certification Assessments

(a) Environmental testing laboratory assessments shall be conducted:
1. (1) before certification is granted, except as provided in §25.56 of this title (relating to Term of Certification); and
2. (2) at least every three years after an environmental testing laboratory receives certification.
(b) Assessments may be announced or unannounced.
