In accordance with Texas Health and Safety Code §314A.058, a hospital operating under a Certificate of Public Advantage (COPA) approved under this chapter may voluntarily terminate its COPA by giving the Texas Health and Human Services Commission notice at least 30 days before the date of the termination.
