For a request to be acted upon, the person who applies for inspection or copying must be authorized by law to receive a copy or inspect the records.
- (1) Charges for copying records will be in keeping with Texas Civil Statutes, Article 3913, or as set by the General Services Commission.
- (2) Nothing required by this section shall conflict with the Texas Open Records Act.
