1. (a) As funding allows, a state supported living center (SSLC) may provide the following services to a Medicaid recipient who is not a resident of an SSLC:

   1. (1) physical therapy;
   2. (2) occupational therapy;
   3. (3) speech and language therapy;
   4. (4) dental services;
   5. (5) primary care provider services;
   6. (6) psychiatry services;
   7. (7) behavioral health services;
   8. (8) adaptive aids; and
   9. (9) durable medical equipment.
2. (b) Services are billed according to the appropriate Medicaid fee schedule or negotiated rate with a managed care organization.
