Primary and substitute caregivers:

1. (1) Are responsible for seeing that children are:

   1. (A) Treated with courtesy, respect, acceptance, and patience;
   2. (B) Not abused, neglected, or exploited; and
   3. (C) Released only to a parent or a person designated by a parent;
2. (2) Must demonstrate competency, good judgment, and self-control in the presence of children;
3. (3) Must know and comply with the minimum standards specified in this chapter;
4. (4) Must know each child's name and age;
5. (5) Must supervise children at all times, as specified in §742.305 of this subchapter (relating to What does "supervise children at all times" mean?); and
6. (6) Must interact with children in a positive manner.
