Notification to Applicants of Ineligibility

- (a) An individual found ineligible for the WIC Program shall be notified in writing of the reason or reasons for ineligibility.
- (b) The notification shall inform the applicant or parent, caretaker, or guardian of a participant that he or she has a right to a fair hearing.
