1. (a) A contractor may request an administrative review of the review team's methodology if the contractor suspects a formal compliance monitoring may not have been conducted according to established rules and procedures.

2. (b) A contractor's request for an administrative review must:

   1. (1) be in writing;
   2. (2) identify the rules and procedures the contractor believes DADS failed to follow;
   3. (3) state the basis for believing the review was not conducted according to established rules and procedures; and
   4. (4) be received by DADS within 10 calendar days after the contractor's receipt of the written review findings.
3. (c) DADS gives the contractor written notice of the result of the administrative review via certified mail.
