The Office for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services implements its general powers and duties under the following statutes:

3. (3) Government Code, Chapter 57;
4. (4) Civil Practice and Remedies Code, §21.003; and
5. (5) Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 38.31(g).
