The Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services program service arrays are a set of services that may be provided to eligible persons who have a traumatic brain injury (TBI), traumatic spinal cord injury (SCI), or both; services are based on assessed individualized rehabilitation needs. The service arrays are:

1. (1) inpatient comprehensive medical rehabilitation services, which include:

   1. (A) TBI inpatient comprehensive medical rehabilitation services; and
   2. (B) SCI inpatient comprehensive medical rehabilitation services.

2. (2) post-acute brain injury (PABI) services, which include:

   1. (A) PABI residential services; and
   2. (B) PABI non-residential services.
3. (3) post-acute spinal cord injury services (non-residential); and

4. (4) outpatient services, which include:

   1. (A) TBI outpatient services; and
   2. (B) SCI outpatient services.
