The purpose of this subchapter is to describe the requirements for providing mental health (MH) rehabilitative services that includes the following:

1. (1) crisis intervention services;
2. (2) medication training and support services;
3. (3) psychosocial rehabilitative services;
4. (4) skills training and development services; and
5. (5) day programs for acute needs.
