This chapter applies to an individual receiving services under the following Medicaid programs authorized by Section 1915(c) or Section 1115 of the Social Security Act:

1. (1) the Home and Community-based Services (HCS) Program;
2. (2) the Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Program;
3. (3) the Deaf Blind with Multiple Disabilities (DBMD) Program;
4. (4) the Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS) Program; and
5. (5) the STAR+PLUS Home and Community-Based Services program.
