The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

1. (1) Grant Program--The Pediatric Tele-Connectivity Resource Program for Rural Texas.
2. (2) Grant recipient--A nonurban health care facility awarded a grant under this chapter.
3. (3) HHSC--The Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
4. (4) Nonurban health care facility--As defined by Texas Government Code §541.001(1).
5. (5) Pediatric tele-specialty provider--As defined by Texas Government Code §541.001(4).
6. (6) Telemedicine medical services--As defined by Texas Government Code §541.001(7).
