Contracting Requirements

- (a) General contracting requirements. A provider must comply with this chapter and Chapter 49 of this title (relating to Contracting for Community Services).
- (b) Services provided. The provider must deliver only personal assistance services, as defined in §97.2 of this title (relating to Definitions).
