Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) clients must reside in:

1. (1) their own home;
2. (2) a relative's home;
3. (3) a licensed assisted living facility;
4. (4) a licensed nursing facility; or
5. (5) an adult foster care home that contracts with the Texas Department of Human Services.
