1. (a) At the initial meeting with an SRO provider, an individual or LAR and the SRO provider must negotiate a management agreement that establishes:

   1. (1) the responsibilities of the individual and the SRO provider;
   2. (2) how often quality assurance visits will occur; and
   3. (3) how often quality assurance phone contacts will occur.
2. (b) The management agreement must be updated and documented at least annually.
3. (c) The meeting schedule specified in the management agreement replaces the program-required supervisory visits.
