A CDSA must:

1. (1) assist an employer as requested to revise budgets to meet service back-up plan strategies approved by the individual's service planning team;
2. (2) review, validate, and approve revised budgets in accordance with §41.511 of this chapter (relating to Budget Revisions and Approval);
3. (3) reimburse documented, budgeted, allowable expenses incurred related to implementing service back-up plan strategies; and
4. (4) retain a copy of service back-up plans received from the employer.
