1. (a) Case Management for Children and Pregnant Women is a Medicaid benefit that assists an eligible client in gaining access to the necessary medical, social, educational, and other service needs related to a child with a health condition or health risk or a pregnant woman with a high-risk condition.
2. (b) The rules in this chapter apply to Case Management for Children and Pregnant Women services delivered in fee-for-service and through a Medicaid managed care organization.
