This subchapter shall be distributed to:
- (1) members of the Texas MHMR Board;
- (2) executive, management, and program staff at Central Office;
- (3) superintendents/directors of all state MR facilities;
- (4) executive directors of all mental retardation authorities; and
- (5) advocacy organizations.
