1. (a) The charge to any person requesting copies of any public record of the Institute will be:

   1. (1) Standard paper copy--$.10 per page.

   2. (2) Nonstandard-size copy:

      1. (A) Diskette: $1.00;
      2. (B) Magnetic tape: actual cost;
      3. (C) Data cartridge: actual cost;
      4. (D) Tape cartridge: actual cost;
      5. (E) Rewritable CD (CD-RW)--$1.00;
      6. (F) Non-rewritable CD (CD-R)--$1.00;
      7. (G) Digital video disc (DVD)--$3.00;
      8. (H) JAZ drive--actual cost;
      9. (I) Other electronic media--actual cost;
      10. (J) VHS video cassette--$2.50;
      11. (K) Audio cassette--$1.00;
      12. (L) Oversize paper copy (e.g.: 11 inches by 17 inches, greenbar, bluebar, not including maps and photographs using specialty paper)--$.50 per page;
      13. (M) Specialty paper (e.g.: Mylar, blueprint, blueline, map, photographic)--actual cost.

   3. (3) Labor charge:

      1. (A) For programming--$28.50 per hour;
      2. (B) For locating, compiling, and reproducing--$15 per hour.
   4. (4) Overhead charge--20% of labor charge.

   5. (5) Microfiche or microfilm charge:

      1. (A) Paper copy--$.10 per page;
      2. (B) Fiche or film copy--Actual cost.
   6. (6) Remote document retrieval charge--Actual cost.

   7. (7) Computer resource charge:

      1. (A) Mainframe--$10 per CPU minute;
      2. (B) Midsize--$1.50 per CPU minute;
      3. (C) Client/Server system--$2.20 per clock hour;
      4. (D) PC or LAN--$1.00 per clock hour.
   8. (8) Miscellaneous supplies--Actual cost.
   9. (9) Postage and shipping charge--Actual cost.
   10. (10) Photographs--Actual cost.
   11. (11) Maps--Actual cost.
   12. (12) Other costs--Actual cost.
   13. (13) Outsourced/Contracted Services--Actual cost for the copy.
2. (b) The Institute may reduce or waive these charges at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer if there is a public benefit.
3. (c) No Sales Tax shall be applied to copies of public information.
