Before selling or distributing a consumable hemp product, the product must be prepackaged or, at the time of sale, placed in packaging or a container that is:

1. (1) tamper-evident;
2. (2) child resistant; and
3. (3) resealable, if the product contains multiple servings or includes multiple products purchased in one transaction, while keeping the child-resistant mechanism intact.
