The Texas Department of Health (department) adopts by reference the publication entitled "Guidelines for the Establishment and Operation of a Donor Human Milk Bank", Ninth Edition, 2000, as amended, written by the Human Milk Banking Association of North America, Inc.

1. (1) A copy of the guidelines are on file at the Texas Department of Health, Bureau of Food and Drug Safety, 1100 West 49th Street, Austin, Texas 78756, and may be viewed during normal working hours.
2. (2) The guidelines may be viewed on the Texas Department of Health's Bureau of Food and Drug Safety website at www.tdh.state.tx.us/bfds.
