The following words and terms, when used in reference to this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

1. (1) X-ray equipment--An x-ray system, subsystem, or component thereof including portable, hand-carried or stationary x-ray machines or devices.
2. (2) X-ray laboratory--A facility, space or area in which x-ray equipment is used to create a radiograph.
