1. (a) A licensee from another member state who is providing physical therapy in Texas under a compact privilege must comply with the laws and regulations set forth in:

   1. (1) Title 3, Subtitle H, Chapter 453, Texas Occupations Code (PT Practice Act); and
   2. (2) Title 22, Part 16, Texas Administrative Code (PT Rules).
2. (b) Any violation of the PT Practice Act and/or the PT Rules could subject the compact privilege holder to disciplinary action by the PT Board and loss of the Compact Privilege.
