1. (a) Not less than once a year in a manner prescribed by the Board, an institution of higher education shall notify the Coordinating Board of an off-campus educational site at which a course, certificate, or less than fifty percent (50%) of a new degree program is offered.
2. (b) Internship, clinical, dual credit and study abroad sites are exempt from the requirements of this section.
