1. (a) Texas Education Code, §62.071, defines the eligibility for the Performance Incentive Funding.
2. (b) Texas Education Code, §62.072, establishes the methodology for distribution of the funding provided for this purpose.
3. (c) Texas Education Code, §62.073, authorizes the Board, to adopt rules for the administration of the program.
