The Coordinating Board shall use methods for tracking the effectiveness of the grant program that:

1. (1) Use data submitted in the performance reports submitted by grantees;
2. (2) Consider relevant information regarding the career paths of professionals described by Texas Education Code, §61.9991 during the four-year period following their graduation; and
3. (3) Evaluate whether, to what extent, and for how long those professionals practice in a field described by Texas Education Code, §61.9991 in this state; and
4. (4) Consider number of professionals serving rural and medically underserved communities.
