1. (a) The department shall periodically notify the complaint parties of the status of the complaint until final disposition unless the notice would jeopardize an investigation.
2. (b) The department shall maintain the confidentiality of complaint and disciplinary information as provided by Texas Occupations Code §51.254, any specific program statute, or other applicable law.
