1. (a) If the mediator is a State Office of Administrative Hearings ALJ, that person will not also sit as the ALJ for the case if the claim goes to hearing.
2. (b) If the mediator is an employee of the Department and the dispute does not settle, that mediator will not have any further contact or involvement concerning the claim.
