1. (a) An individual LHR certification issued in accordance with this chapter is subject to the applicable provisions of the Act and to the applicable rules and orders of the department.
2. (b) An individual LHR certification issued or granted under this chapter is not transferrable.
3. (c) Each certificant must display the LHR certification issued in accordance with this chapter in an open public area of the LHR facility. Copies of an individual's certification document may be made for display in multiple facilities.
4. (d) Upon request, each certificant must present to the department or the department's representative any certificate issued by the department or the department's representative.
