- (a) Grant funds may be used to pay the costs of a one-time salary supplement for the distinguished researcher that is necessarily incurred to attract the distinguished researcher to the eligible institution.
- (b) The OOG will not award grant funds to pay the costs of any fringe benefits or fringe supplement.
