- (a) Funds available for regional services will be allocated for each of the 11 Health and Human Services (HHS) regions through an approved statewide funding methodology.
- (b) DSHS will establish terms and conditions needed to fulfill State and Federal funding mandates.
- (c) DSHS will develop goals and identify services to be purchased based on its statewide service delivery plan as well as input from other interested parties.
