The following requirements of Chapter 353, Subchapter E of this title (relating to Standards for Medicaid Managed Care) apply to CHIP managed care, except that references to Medicaid are replaced with CHIP:

1. (1) Section 353.405 (relating to Marketing);
2. (2) Section 353.407 (relating to Requirements of Managed Care Plans);
3. (3) Section 353.409 (relating to Scope of Services);
4. (4) Section 353.411 (relating to Accessibility of Services);
5. (5) Section 353.417 (relating to Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement); and
6. (6) Section 353.419 (relating to Financial Standards).
