STAR+PLUS MMPs will adhere to Medicare network adequacy standards set forth by CMS for the following types of Medicaid benefits:

1. (1) nursing facility;
2. (2) speech therapy;
3. (3) occupational therapy; and
4. (4) physical therapy.
