1. (a) The board of directors of the river authority shall appoint the directors of a corporation created under Section 152.051.
2. (b) A member of the river authority's board of directors may serve as a member of the corporation's board of directors.
3. (c) The directors of the corporation serve at the will of the river authority's board of directors.
