In administering this chapter, the commission may require a person to provide information about other occupational licenses and registrations held by the person, including:

1. (1) the state in which the license or registration was issued;
2. (2) the current status of the license or registration; and
3. (3) whether the license or registration was ever denied, suspended, revoked, surrendered, or withdrawn.
