In this subchapter:

1. (1) "Facility" means a pole, pier, abutment, wire, or other fixture related to a telephone or magnetic telegraph line.
2. (2) "Telegraph corporation" means a corporation created to construct and maintain magnetic telegraph lines.
3. (3) "Telephone corporation" means a corporation created to construct and maintain telephone lines.
