- (a) The district courts of Travis County have exclusive jurisdiction of the appeal of an order or decision of the railroad commission assessing an administrative penalty under Section 121.304.
- (b) Subchapter G, Chapter 2001, Government Code, and the substantial evidence rule apply to an appeal under this section.
