1. (a) A private network service may be used and shared among the entities described by Section 59.072(a) but may not be otherwise shared or resold to other customers.
2. (b) A service provided under this subchapter may not be required to be resold to other customers at a rate provided by this subchapter.
3. (c) This section does not prohibit an otherwise permitted resale of another service that an electing company may offer through the use of the same facilities used to provide a private network service offered under this subchapter.
