- (a) Not later than January 1 of each year, the security commission shall prepare and deliver a nonclassified report to the legislature, the governor, and the commission assessing natural and man-made threats to critical infrastructure and efforts to mitigate the threats.
- (b) The security commission shall make the report available to the public.
- (c) In preparing the report, the security commission may hold confidential or classified briefings with federal, state, and local officials as necessary.
