Tex. Transp. Code § 521.345 – Suspension on Order of Juvenile Court or on Order of Court Based on Alcoholic Beverage Violation by Minor

(a) The department shall suspend the license of a person on receipt of an order to suspend the license that is issued by:
1. (1) a juvenile court under Section 54.042, Family Code; or
2. (2) a court under Section 106.115, Alcoholic Beverage Code.
(b) The period of suspension is for the period specified in the order.
