The department shall issue specialty license plates for recipients of the following military awards that include the name of the award:

1. (1) the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal;
2. (2) the Armed Forces Service Medal;
3. (3) the Navy Expeditionary Medal;
4. (4) the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal;
5. (5) the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal;
6. (6) the Marine Corps Expeditionary Medal;
7. (7) the Merchant Marine Expeditionary Medal;
8. (8) the Kosovo Campaign Medal;
9. (9) the Inherent Resolve Campaign Medal;
10. (10) the China Service Medal; and
11. (11) the Nuclear Deterrence Operations Service Medal.
