- (a) A subregional board shall elect from its membership a presiding officer, assistant presiding officer, and secretary.
- (b) The board may appoint, as necessary, members or nonmembers as assistant secretaries.
(c) The secretary or assistant secretary shall:
- (1) keep permanent records of each proceeding and transaction of the board; and
- (2) perform other duties assigned by the board.
