1. (a) The executive committee shall hold at least one regular meeting each month to transact the business of an authority.
2. (b) On written notice, the presiding officer may call special meetings as necessary.

3. (c) The executive committee by resolution shall:

   1. (1) set the time, place, and day of the regular meetings; and
   2. (2) adopt rules and bylaws as necessary to conduct meetings.
