An authority required by Section 451.454 to contract for a performance audit shall, before February 1 of every second odd-numbered year, deliver a copy of each audit report and of the authority's response to the report to:
- (1) the governor;
- (2) the lieutenant governor;
- (3) the speaker of the house of representatives;
- (4) each member of the legislature whose district includes territory in the authority;
- (5) the state auditor;
- (6) the county judge of each county having territory in the authority; and
- (7) the presiding officer of the governing body of each municipality having territory in the authority.
