1. (a) Originals of the restated articles of incorporation shall be executed by:

   1. (1) the president or vice-president of the corporation; and
   2. (2) the secretary or assistant secretary of the corporation.
2. (b) One of the officers signing the restated articles shall verify each of the restated articles.
