1. (a) Articles of amendment adopted by the board shall be executed by:

   1. (1) the president or vice-president of the corporation; and
   2. (2) the secretary or assistant secretary of the corporation.

2. (b) Articles of amendment adopted by the commission shall be executed by:

   1. (1) the presiding officer of the commission; and
   2. (2) the secretary or clerk of the commission.
3. (c) One of the officers signing the articles shall verify each of the articles of amendment.
