- (a) The board at any time may file with the commission a written application requesting that the commission approve an amendment to the articles of incorporation.
- (b) The application must specify the proposed amendment.
(c) The board shall amend the articles if the commission by resolution:
- (1) determines that it is advisable to adopt the proposed amendment;
- (2) authorizes the adoption of the amendment; and
- (3) approves the form of the amendment.
