Tex. Transp. Code § 397.001

Applicability of Chapter

Effective Sep 1, 2001Amended by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 669

This chapter applies only to an automotive wrecking and salvage yard that:

(1) is in a county with a population of 3.3 million or more;
(2) is not located within a municipality in that county; and
(3) is established on or after September 1, 1983.
