- (a) The holder of a license to operate a ferry annually shall execute a bond payable to and approved by the county judge conditioned on the license holder's compliance with this chapter.
- (b) The commissioners court shall set the amount of the bond at not less than $1,000.
- (c) The commissioners court may impose an annual license fee not to exceed $100.
