Tex. Spec. Dist. Code § 11006.105

Bond

Effective Apr 1, 2017Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162)

Each director shall execute a good and sufficient bond for $5,000 that is:

(1) payable to the authority; and
(2) conditioned on the faithful performance of the director's duties.
